Dear wonderful community,

It’s my pleasure to announce that my new 12-month program, A Vow to Bloom, has started and we’re on day 2 already.

I hope many of you will take this journey with me and together we will uplift and support each other towards a life of more self-love and deepen our practice.

Of course this Studio space is open to choose your own adventure as many of you already have an established routine - so whether you’re committed to the whole journey or want to supplement your current practice, all is welcome and you can join in at any time!

A Vow to Bloom is available for all members of the online studio and will run for 12 months - so whether you’re a monthly subscriber or annual, as long as you have access to the studio you will be able to participate.

A Vow To Bloom has been birthed from a place of devoting ourselves to self-love and intention to nourish our souls in a place of loving support and as an opportunity of consistency and community so we can share, lean on each other and weaving a web of connection together and shared growth.

Dear Beautiful Souls

We hope this message finds you wrapped in love and kindness. Today, we come to you with heavy hearts and a need for understanding.

You probably have already heard the news of Meghan's loss—her beloved father has passed away. In this difficult time, Meghan needs space and time to grieve alongside her family.

Therefore, we've decided to adjust our rhythm for a little while:
- There'll be no new class today
- Instead of weekly releases, we'll now be sharing new classes with you every two weeks.

This change gives Meghan the space and support she needs to honor her father's memory while still nurturing our yoga family.

We ask for your gentle compassion and understanding during this time. Loss weighs heavy on the heart, and Meghan and her family need our love and support more than ever.

We're incredibly grateful for your understanding and solidarity. Our yoga family is a beacon of light and strength, and together, we'll navigate these waters with grace and love.

Hello beautiful Community!

How are you??

Many of you have been asking for more programs and series. We're so thrilled to release this first class from the yummy series called "Nectar". 

The purpose of this series is to lose yourself in movement, your sensational experience, and your breath. To just flow without a peak pose in mind, present through the journey rather than with the destination in mind.

In each of the full-length creative sequences, we will explore slow intentional movements. You'll move as if you're wading through water. To flow in this way allows you to savor every sensation that your body communicates, developing the skill of learning the exquisite language of your body and mind and extracting the wise nectar from within.

As you complete the classes, you will feel sweetness everywhere and leave with your bones, tissues, and fibers humming.

Classes are intended for all levels. There are few advanced poses but the purpose of this series is less about achieving and more about tapping into the nectar of each moment as it comes, allowing you to tune into your body and dive deeper into the moment. As these slow-motion flows challenge you, you’ll unmask new levels of grace, awareness, and strength and ultimately connect with the deeper intelligence of your body-mind-spirit.

Dear Olga and beautiful Community,

It is with a mixture of deep gratitude and bittersweet emotions that I write this note to celebrate Olga and all that she has brought to our beautiful online community over the past few years. As our dedicated champion of community happiness, she has been the heart and soul of what we stand for, always ready with a smile, a kind word, or an insightful answer to any question.

Olga, your warmth, empathy, and unwavering support have not only uplifted our community but has also been an incredible source of strength. Your ability to connect with people, to listen and provide guidance, has left an indelible mark on everyone you’ve interacted with. You have helped to shape a positive and welcoming environment that we will forever cherish and since your hand over to me in these final weeks, I’ve seen your diligence and dedication to the team, the community and the business behind the scenes too. As you depart I’m excited to carry on your flame of warmth, brightness and service to our community.

While I know you will be greatly missed, I am equally excited to watch you bloom as you embark on your next adventure. I have no doubt that you will continue to inspire and uplift others wherever life takes you, just as you have done here. Your talents, passion, and care will serve you well in everything you pursue, and I wholeheartedly wish you nothing but the greatest success and happiness on your new journey.

Beautiful Community, ❤️

I am writing you to extend my warmest gratitude for all of your condolences, love and understanding over these last months <3  THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for hanging in here with me while I've been going through an intense, and also healing, time. Your support has helped me in ways that perhaps you don't even know! 

I am finally settled back home in Bali and I'm soooo excited to present in this space again, posting new content and connecting with you all!

This weekend immersion is an opportunity to play, explore, connect, and feel. Not a time out, but a time IN. To go deep together through movement, story, stillness, and breath.

Although the classes are separate, they are designed as one single tapestry, woven together to take you on a journey through the layers of yourself. Through unique sequencing and breakdowns of posture, breath, and stillness, we will explore the flavors of what it means to feel it all.

Hello wonderful Community!😍

How are you??? How is your yoga journey?

We've been receiving so many requests to make more classes to practice handstands. We hear you and so we did make the whole program, yay!

We've just released the first class "L-Stand" from the new program called "Upside Down"!

Experimentation is a key element of a vibrant and balanced life and yoga practice. When our practice is filled with too much seriousness, we can miss out on the joyous aspect of movement, and it's in these moments of exploration that we discover and grow the most.

This program pulls you off your mat and invites you to play upside down on the wall.  We use playful drills, unexpected exercises, and non-traditional movements to turn your perspective upside down, spark inspiration, and build courage.

The classes range from 25 to 40 minutes. Each takes a fun and playful approach to being upside down with new shapes and uncommon movements.

Each class begins with a thorough wrist warm-up, core work, and flow.  All inverted movements use a wall, which allows you to experience the benefits regardless of your handstand abilities.

I hope you enjoy it and find it helpful in your handstand journey.
