I've been practicing now since 2016. This year for the first time I have begun to have left wrist pain, and possible early stage carpal tunnel, unknown cause. I have so many plans for rehab, step by step. I am quite worried about my wrist, but I know it doesn't mean I cannot practice yoga since there are so many ways in which we can practice. Here's to working towards the struggles of everything in life =)
Hi Meghan and Community,
I recently had hallus valgus surgery and following this operation I fractured the 5th metacarpal. I can no longer support myself on this foot. I am looking for sessions where the foot supports are not used. Can you tell me which ones might be right for me? I thank you warmly.Lots of love.Isa
Craving a flow with lots of skandasana variations and lunges especially wide lunges ending with deep wide leg forward folds and other straddle janu sirsasana variations. But skandasana strengthening and flowing with lunges mostly.
Also any fusion type classes, all the gooey and slinky moves but with some high intensity bursts throughout
Just sharing some cravings 🥰
Much love to you all ❤️
Wishing for that perfect peak to peak class again. It was a perfect balance between hard and feel good.
hello!!!!<3
feeling like a class building up core and arms for astavakrasana / eka pada koundinyasana ii/picking yourself up in straddle/ chin stand transitions. Wanting a class where lots of lines and loops are drawn by the legs around the heart and then after, striking through all the knots by grounding and opening the heart in chin stand.
also a deep hip flexor opening class.
much love and thanks thanks thanks <3

Hello beautiful Community!
How are you??
Many of you have been asking for more programs and series. We're so thrilled to release this first class from the yummy series called "Nectar".
The purpose of this series is to lose yourself in movement, your sensational experience, and your breath. To just flow without a peak pose in mind, present through the journey rather than with the destination in mind.
In each of the full-length creative sequences, we will explore slow intentional movements. You'll move as if you're wading through water. To flow in this way allows you to savor every sensation that your body communicates, developing the skill of learning the exquisite language of your body and mind and extracting the wise nectar from within.
As you complete the classes, you will feel sweetness everywhere and leave with your bones, tissues, and fibers humming.
Classes are intended for all levels. There are few advanced poses but the purpose of this series is less about achieving and more about tapping into the nectar of each moment as it comes, allowing you to tune into your body and dive deeper into the moment. As these slow-motion flows challenge you, you’ll unmask new levels of grace, awareness, and strength and ultimately connect with the deeper intelligence of your body-mind-spirit.
Please share your experience with this first class of the series called "Extract the Nectar". What did you discover? Was your experience bitter, sour, or sweet??
Can't wait to hear from you! Lots of love🧡
Gracias Meghan and Olga.
Meghan you're my online Guru mi maestra. Thank You for all the effort you put in every class. Thank You for share you own yoga insight. Hay mucha dedicación y amor. Dear Meghan, I love your recent post about Success being a journey and not the destination. It really resonated with me as I've been feeling a lack of success lately! I have a yoga practice request that if it inspires you, I hope for a practice that moves tension out of the body with a vinyasa flow, and maybe even incorporating the lions breath. Thank you, Meghan, for all your thoughtful practices! ❤️
Dear Olga and beautiful Community,
It is with a mixture of deep gratitude and bittersweet emotions that I write this note to celebrate Olga and all that she has brought to our beautiful online community over the past few years. As our dedicated champion of community happiness, she has been the heart and soul of what we stand for, always ready with a smile, a kind word, or an insightful answer to any question.
Olga, your warmth, empathy, and unwavering support have not only uplifted our community but has also been an incredible source of strength. Your ability to connect with people, to listen and provide guidance, has left an indelible mark on everyone you’ve interacted with. You have helped to shape a positive and welcoming environment that we will forever cherish and since your hand over to me in these final weeks, I’ve seen your diligence and dedication to the team, the community and the business behind the scenes too. As you depart I’m excited to carry on your flame of warmth, brightness and service to our community.
While I know you will be greatly missed, I am equally excited to watch you bloom as you embark on your next adventure. I have no doubt that you will continue to inspire and uplift others wherever life takes you, just as you have done here. Your talents, passion, and care will serve you well in everything you pursue, and I wholeheartedly wish you nothing but the greatest success and happiness on your new journey.
Thank you for everything, Olga.
You are truly one of a kind.
With the warmest appreciation and best wishes,
Love Meghan and Team ❤️
Meghan ! I'd love a flow in which there's more in depth analysis and insights related to the hips, how they work, in particular flexion and abduction at the hip joint. Doesn't necessarily have to be a restorative practive, can be with flow, but I just feel like it could be interesting to dive a bit more into this super complex and interesting foundation - our hips ! Thank you Meghan ! Big hug from the Azores ! Juliana x
