It was strong slow and therapeutic. I will come back to this practice, I wasn’t able to do it without the strap. But finally got a grasp of the hand movement even though it was far away! Amazing long practice. Thank you Meghan and Olga, wishing everyone a great week.

It felt like the perfect class for a Sunday afternoon. But in a sense all the classes are perfect because they are so well crafted, the beautiful message of today to anchor into the center point of every pose. So good. Thank you Meghan and team, wishing everyone a great new week.

Second time through this practice. Wow, it makes me quivering my hamstrings really felt the opening. My right leg was bend during the expansion, but oh boy if it felt like it was all the way extended until I saw it! Magnificent feeling afterwards. Thank you dear Meghan and Olga!

This Final Fiesta was amazing! What a treat. The hand and finger roll was a so delicious, even though I think I did it kind of wrong! But it’s a fiesta so it’s all fun. Strong as always, thank you Meghan and team.

Challenging! I am looking forward to practicing this class again. I was able to drop back but not to press up, also I have never done the lifting up of the legs from hero. Meghan does it effortless, it was my first time doing that move and the lifting up from wheel. The cues are wonderful as always. Another class to add to favorites!

Second time through this amazing class. I keep discovering little moves that are key towards alignment. For example, years ago I used to get to wheel and straighten my legs right away. But it’s not only that, is pressing the hands down after having the shoulder plates towards each other and the years of practice later the legs might straighten but as a result of the space in the thoracic area! Anyways, little micro moves! Beautiful beautiful and how lucky are we to have the opportunity of practicing this moves any time of the day! Thanks you Meghan and team

I have heard Meghan mention “ the biggest reason why” and the “devotion” before in many classes. I believe in them but and some times I get kind of intimidated about it. Today I felt that the devotion to the yoga practice is the devotion to my life, my growth, devotion to love my body. Beautiful sequence as always. I felt a beautiful opening today, in the realm of the spiritual. Thank you Meghan and Team!

I was able to feel the flying pigeon for some seconds in both legs. During the second leg ,y body yelled like the sounds did helped me. I am also fascinated by the journey towards the pose! What a delightful journey! Many many thanks Meghan and team.
