How are you??? How is your yoga journey?

We've been receiving so many requests to make more classes to practice handstands. We hear you and so we did make the whole program, yay!

We've just released the first class "L-Stand" from the new program called "Upside Down"!

Experimentation is a key element of a vibrant and balanced life and yoga practice. When our practice is filled with too much seriousness, we can miss out on the joyous aspect of movement, and it's in these moments of exploration that we discover and grow the most.

This program pulls you off your mat and invites you to play upside down on the wall.ย  We use playful drills, unexpected exercises, and non-traditional movements to turn your perspective upside down, spark inspiration, and build courage.

The classes range from 25 to 40 minutes. Each takes a fun and playful approach to being upside down with new shapes and uncommon movements.

Each class begins with a thorough wrist warm-up, core work, and flow.ย  All inverted movements use a wall, which allows you to experience the benefits regardless of your handstand abilities.
