Any chance that the vow-to-bloom style of suggested daily practices will be continuing into next year? I just re-started and after a year of complete chaos, I would love the regularity and guidance on daily practices in 2026, if possible. Thanks! Or even the ability to have access to the daily prompts from this year, next year, on the studio?ย

Hi, Meghan and Community!! I hope you're all doing well!! It's been a while since I try to keep my core contracted while doing the different postures. Sometimes I remember it, sometimes I don't. Lately, I've decided to let it go, and be more connected with everything that arises from within. But I also know that core is a key for ourselves as our center, and that it also can keep lots of memories and emotions stuck. So I'd like to know if it should be contracted throughout the whole practice, and if you can suggest me some exercises that can help me with this issue. Hi Meghan, this morning a did the Friedly Spirit practice. I recall breathing in back to front of the body. Belly first then chest. exhale front to back chest then belly.ย

Hi Meghan, I am super excited about the new program 'A Vow to Bloom.' I am an experienced yoga teacher in Vancouver who is new to your practice and I have been touched by your classes. I have a subscription to your online-studio and recently did Metamorphosis. I found the program so challenging (in so many ways) yet beautifully transformative. Thank you for that.
My questions are the following:
1. Do I have to purchase the new program 'A Vow to Bloom' in addition to the yearly subscription or is is available for free to subscribers?
2. When you put out the calendar, do you mean for us to do all two or three of the practices listed on that day or to choose? Of course I understand that we can choose what works for us (and our schedules) but is the intention for us to do the complete list?
3. Where is the 'Resources' tab four the journals et so on? I know they will start on Dec. 1st but I do not see the tab at the top of the page.
Thank you and I cannot wait for this journey to begin.
