Hi Meghan 🌸

I would absolutely love it if you could create a video on Kurmasana and Supta Kurmasana, especially showing how to gently prepare the body and work towards the poses step by step. These asanas feel so deep and beautiful, and your way of explaining and guiding always brings so much clarity, warmth, and inspiration.

It would mean a lot to receive your insight on how to approach them with both patience and love. Thank you for everything you share, your videos truly make a difference. 💛

Hi! I would love love love a class on tic-tocs/jumping back from wheel. Meghan, in every single class, manages to unlock some previously dormant intelligence in my body and I could use her wisdom/witchcraft on tic-tocs (mainly the ´toc´ part)!

Hi Meghan and team! I would love love love to see an 1.5 hour long yin class pop up in the studio!  It always seem yin isn't long enough for me and I have recently discovered how much I like it and how much my body benefits from it.  Thanks so much! ❤️❤️

Hello! Ohhhh I watched the " Anchoring in " beautiful sequence inspiration from Meghan that was posted on YT 12 days ago! Would it be possible to have this one turned into practice here on the studio? As I was watching I could just imagine the wonderful expansive sensations in my body! No pressure at all, just a request that can come when it comes! Also wanted to share 😍 thank u!

Hello! 😃  

I discovered you several years ago on Alo Moves. You became my favorite teacher on Alo. My favorite series' on there were Honey and Practice. There was a flow to vishvamitrasana on Honey that was AMAZING and I loved the strength-building (with blocks under hands) of the Practice series. Doing chaturanga and updog with blocks under hands is NO JOKE😆 I also loved the class called Fresh Squeezed. I am a fan of the slightly-faster paced (slow/fast?) strength-building flows and would love to see more of them. I've done a few on here that are certainly comparable, but I'm still finding my favorites. I also love to add on one of your core-focused classes at the end or beginning of a flow, so please keep those coming. I appreciate you and all that you do.

Hey! pike jump pls: would love to have a class which builds up / breaks down to a pike jump, what sort of engagement is required? I find it hard to engage Maybe a strength or skill class not sure or both 🤔 Juliana Hein  Meghan Currie 💕 

Also jump Backs Jump / through lifted, how to get into the flow floating rather than grounded

I just started a new job and am craving a type of 30-40 min morning flow I can do before work! I really love the 30 min after work yoga flow posted on YouTube, something simple, sweet, and gentle to stretch, inspire, and set intentions for a positive day! 😊
