I would love if Meghan created more playlists! I've loved everyone she's made so far haha
Dear Meghan, could I ask for a long 2 hour class? Thank you. I will also love more programs like the wheel and slow motion potion, I love learning from you, the lectures paired with pratices. Thank you so much for all the knowledge and how it is so beautifully organized and explained to us. Love you.
Dear Meghan, I just did the " Cradled In Kindness " practice and just felt and still feels so grounded and calming, still simmering in it. I was wondering if you could do a longer version, with more strappy poses? Also with blocks :) There's something about being strapped and supported. For me it creates a sense of connection, grounding and centeredness, just feels amazing to be strapped with your limbs, all of yourself for few moments. Also I feel like it reduces anxiety and reminds me of being here, with myself. Thank you for always listening to all of us here. Big hug ❤️
Dear Meghan I hope you're doing good ! Meghan, there's this insanely healing and beautiful video of yours on YT - 12 Minute Relaxing Release Meditation - seems from a live class. I abs. love it ... specially when in need of release of any tension, when I'm feeling a little sick or just to simply connect. You think could be possible to have it here ? Because on YT is really annoying with ads before and after .. like a slap into crazy freaky consumption society reality ! 😅
Your voice, your guidance and visualization is really magic, takes me to another world within and out. Really love just doing guided meditations in savasana pose ❤️ Thank you always n a hug !
Hi Meghan and Community 🩷
I just started a new job and am craving a type of 30-40 min morning flow I can do before work! I really love the 30 min after work yoga flow posted on YouTube, something simple, sweet, and gentle to stretch, inspire, and set intentions for a positive day! 😊
sending lots and lots of love,
Liz
Hello! 😃
I discovered you several years ago on Alo Moves. You became my favorite teacher on Alo. My favorite series' on there were Honey and Practice. There was a flow to vishvamitrasana on Honey that was AMAZING and I loved the strength-building (with blocks under hands) of the Practice series. Doing chaturanga and updog with blocks under hands is NO JOKE😆 I also loved the class called Fresh Squeezed. I am a fan of the slightly-faster paced (slow/fast?) strength-building flows and would love to see more of them. I've done a few on here that are certainly comparable, but I'm still finding my favorites. I also love to add on one of your core-focused classes at the end or beginning of a flow, so please keep those coming. I appreciate you and all that you do.
Molly
Craving a flow with lots of skandasana variations and lunges especially wide lunges ending with deep wide leg forward folds and other straddle janu sirsasana variations. But skandasana strengthening and flowing with lunges mostly.
Also any fusion type classes, all the gooey and slinky moves but with some high intensity bursts throughout
Just sharing some cravings 🥰
Much love to you all ❤️
hello!!!!<3
feeling like a class building up core and arms for astavakrasana / eka pada koundinyasana ii/picking yourself up in straddle/ chin stand transitions. Wanting a class where lots of lines and loops are drawn by the legs around the heart and then after, striking through all the knots by grounding and opening the heart in chin stand.
also a deep hip flexor opening class.
much love and thanks thanks thanks <3
Dear Meghan, I love your recent post about Success being a journey and not the destination. It really resonated with me as I've been feeling a lack of success lately! I have a yoga practice request that if it inspires you, I hope for a practice that moves tension out of the body with a vinyasa flow, and maybe even incorporating the lions breath. Thank you, Meghan, for all your thoughtful practices! ❤️
Meghan ! I'd love a flow in which there's more in depth analysis and insights related to the hips, how they work, in particular flexion and abduction at the hip joint. Doesn't necessarily have to be a restorative practive, can be with flow, but I just feel like it could be interesting to dive a bit more into this super complex and interesting foundation - our hips ! Thank you Meghan ! Big hug from the Azores ! Juliana x
