Hi Meghan and beautiful Team,

I've just done the "Trusting the unfolding" practice which was beautiful but very challenging as well. I have noticed lately Meghan you are offering transitions with variations of updogs / planks / downdogs / lunges on the front of the feet rather than toes tucked. I find them very difficult, I feel how much they require strong core and legs, I feel my quads firing up, but most of the time cannot hold it and need to tuck my toes. I have been practicing ashtanga for over 10 years and the rolling on the toes from updog to downdog remains a mystery to me. I find myself incredibly heavy and my groins / hip flexors cry out when I try to roll on my toes both feet (only one foot at a time works).

So here's a little special request : could we have a skill class for rolling over the toes and building up the strength for these beautiful transitions where we're in updog, plank, downdog with toes pointed and pressing on the front of the feet ?

Thank you :))

Hello! 😃

I discovered you several years ago on Alo Moves. You became my favorite teacher on Alo. My favorite series' on there were Honey and Practice. There was a flow to vishvamitrasana on Honey that was AMAZING and I loved the strength-building (with blocks under hands) of the Practice series. Doing chaturanga and updog with blocks under hands is NO JOKE😆 I also loved the class called Fresh Squeezed. I am a fan of the slightly-faster paced (slow/fast?) strength-building flows and would love to see more of them. I've done a few on here that are certainly comparable, but I'm still finding my favorites. I also love to add on one of your core-focused classes at the end or beginning of a flow, so please keep those coming. I appreciate you and all that you do.

Hi Meghan,

I have received a BOLSTER for Christmas! I would adore a restorative class focused around opening up the spine through the tool of a bolster. This was one of my favourite ways to slowly open, back when I was going to a studio.

Thanks for your consideration!

Hi Meghan and Community 🩷

I just started a new job and am craving a type of 30-40 min morning flow I can do before work! I really love the 30 min after work yoga flow posted on YouTube, something simple, sweet, and gentle to stretch, inspire, and set intentions for a positive day! 😊

sending lots and lots of love,

Liz

I would like flows with a lot of strength based elements. Not really having to be inversions or tricky poses, just things that really make me feel my muscles working.  I don't love lifting weights and I have found that given the right class I can get similar benefits from yoga.  I'm not really looking for gentle, but strength combined with a stretch to ease off after the hard work is great. I do like it when you give cues for how to make movements physically accessible or to increase the benefit or work. The classes 45 mins and under also work great in my schedule.

Hi Meghan, I would love ❤️ a class where you break down flip dog to wheel. I am a bit on the stiffer end with my wheel but would love to one day be able to transition from the flipped dog or wild thing to a full wheel or at least work towards it. ☀️

thank you

Dear Meghan, given that this channel exists, I also want to comment with a content desire :) I loooove half moon - in all its variations (chapasana, revolved,...) and I would so much love a class from you that revolves around all the half-moons... Much love from berlin!
