Thank you for asking, I am always resonating! I love the studio, it is such a place of grounding for me each day. Currently, the Vow to Bloom content has been a great way of adding onto my routine of yoga, with the bits of journalling prompts, writing down the daily affirmations, and I've read each book of the month. I don't know if the plan is to continue that going forward, but whatever Meghan is inspired to do, I would love to keep those 'add-ons' to my practice going.

It's also really nice to hear from Meghan each month in the vlogs and feel connected to her in that way as our teacher. 

In terms of the yoga classes, I always enjoy how fun, unique, spicy and intentional they are. A thought I had is that 'sometimes' I can convince my husband to come join me for yoga - it would be cool if Meghan offered a super specific 'partner' yoga class OR just a class that is almost 'targeted' for stiff/less patient men LOL. Just a thought haha.
