Thank you so much for your clear and complete explanation, Hermine! Your words reminded me of activating bandhas, something I've not been paying very much attention lately. I'm sure it will definitely help me to progress in my practice. Big hug!ย ๐Ÿ’œ

Hi, Meghan and Community!! I hope you're all doing well!! It's been a while since I try to keep my core contracted while doing the different postures. Sometimes I remember it, sometimes I don't. Lately, I've decided to let it go, and be more connected with everything that arises from within. But I also know that core is a key for ourselves as our center, and that it also can keep lots of memories and emotions stuck. So I'd like to know if it should be contracted throughout the whole practice, and if you can suggest me some exercises that can help me with this issue. Thank you so much for this great space for sharing and growing all together!! Lots of loveย ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿฆ‹๐Ÿ™

Thank you, Meghan, for another gorgeous dose of beauty and harmony!! These lasts days of Move to Bloom I've let myself observe sensations, thoughts... Yesterday, an artist that I've recently started to follow, Fausto Amadeo, published this fascinating quote by Ken Wilber:ย

"I have a body but I am not my body. I can see and feel my body, and what can be seen and felt is not the true Seer. My body may feel tired or excited, sick or healthy, heavy or light, but that has nothing to do with my inward. I have a body but I am not my body. I have desires but I am not my desires. ... I have emotions but I am not my emotions. ... I have thoughts but I am not my thoughts. ... I am what remains, a pure center of awareness, an unmoved witness of all that thoughts, emotions, feelings, and desires".

After this wonderful flow, I feel expanded in all ways!! Thank you so much, Meghan!! Lots of loveย ๐Ÿ’œ

I loved the idea of thanking our old leaves for their lessons, and trim their regularly in order to redirect our energy into our true 'North'... our heart knows the way! Last days, Life connected me with this quote in different situations... I'm fascinated with these magical sparkles that bloom over here and there! As Roald Dahl said, "And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places."ย ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿฆ‹๐ŸŒณ

So nice thinking about how we create beauty! Some of the ways I feel we all do it is when we smile and connect with others through our gaze. Thank you, Meghan, for creating Move to Bloom! A wonderful expression of love and beautyย ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿชทย
