Thank you, Meghan, for this marvelous expression of love!!! Every slow movement, combined with your sweet and cheerful voice, helped me to connect with my deepest sensations in order to keep on melting and expand my heart wisdom. Hi, Meghan and Team! I was wondering if there's a way to dub the videos into Spanish. I'd love to share some of the meditations with my kids. Even though I'm able to transcript them and then record the content, if there's an easier way, please let me knowย ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’œ

Dear Meghan, you've put into words what I'm feeling lately: "...there can be times of dormancy where it feels that nothing is going to happen or that nothing happens, but beneath the surface there's always something happening". The process of reconnection to my heart is taking time to evaluate carefully what I've done with my life so far, what I want to keep on doing and what I don't. I loved the idea of "a personal university designed exquisitely just for us". After years of academic and institutional life, I'm convinced that's respect for our individuality โ€”in whatever way it needs to be expressedโ€” is exactly what we need to preserve most in order to stay connected to our hearts and live in freedom. As always, thanks for guiding me to develop a better being. Lots of love!ย ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿชท๐Ÿฆ‹๐ŸŒŸ ย

This felt SO yummy!! I'll visit this class many many times in order to improve my Skandasana, and some day be able to step on my heels. Thank you, Meghan, for displaying your amazing creativity in every practice!! And thank you, Jannah, for your great request!! Lots of love from Buenos Airesย ๐Ÿ’œ

Meghan Currieย thank you for sharing your personal experience! I'll keep that in mind!ย

Thank you so much for your clear and complete explanation, Hermine! Your words reminded me of activating bandhas, something I've not been paying very much attention lately. I'm sure it will definitely help me to progress in my practice. Big hug!ย ๐Ÿ’œ

Hi, Meghan and Community!! I hope you're all doing well!! It's been a while since I try to keep my core contracted while doing the different postures. Sometimes I remember it, sometimes I don't. Lately, I've decided to let it go, and be more connected with everything that arises from within. But I also know that core is a key for ourselves as our center, and that it also can keep lots of memories and emotions stuck. So I'd like to know if it should be contracted throughout the whole practice, and if you can suggest me some exercises that can help me with this issue. Thank you so much for this great space for sharing and growing all together!! Lots of loveย ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿฆ‹๐Ÿ™

Thank you, Meghan, for another gorgeous dose of beauty and harmony!! These lasts days of Move to Bloom I've let myself observe sensations, thoughts... Yesterday, an artist that I've recently started to follow, Fausto Amadeo, published this fascinating quote by Ken Wilber:ย

"I have a body but I am not my body. I can see and feel my body, and what can be seen and felt is not the true Seer. My body may feel tired or excited, sick or healthy, heavy or light, but that has nothing to do with my inward. I have a body but I am not my body. I have desires but I am not my desires. ... I have emotions but I am not my emotions. ... I have thoughts but I am not my thoughts. ... I am what remains, a pure center of awareness, an unmoved witness of all that thoughts, emotions, feelings, and desires".

After this wonderful flow, I feel expanded in all ways!! Thank you so much, Meghan!! Lots of loveย ๐Ÿ’œ
