Waw, Meghan! With the beautiful images you pictured, I could feel the vessel of my body sailing through the quiet tides of my blood. I was also amazed about the deep connection with one of the themes I've been writing these days: the memory of the Río de la Plata, the river located between Argentina and Uruguay. Thank you, Meghan, for this profound practice!

Wow, Meghan, what a fascinating class! I really enjoyed every moment, especially the return-to-calm minutes after spicy times. One day I will be able to separate my toes from the floor! Is there any key to practice lifting both forearms at the same time from dolphin pose? As always, thank you SO much for guiding us to transform uncomfortable moments into enjoyable steps for deeper self-knowledge. Lots of love 💜🪷

Thank you, Meghan, for this piece of pure wisdom! I love the idea of seeing ourselves as our real muses. At the end, the answer -our unique answer- is always inside. We just have to listen to our hearts, and you are always providing us with useful tools to succeed in that magical and sometimes pretty hard task with all the noise that surrounds us. Entering the repose mood when in doubt, and do nothing in order to receive and accumulate force to put on the purpose we are undertaking is one of the most valuable teachings that I've get so far from 'The God in you', by Prentice Mulford ('Thoughts are Things', definitely a masterpiece!); as well as from you and the Gentle Pause you are taking this week, and whenever you need to! So much love to you and all this wonderful community I'm really proud to be part of 💜🪷🌟

This was one of the best practices of my life!! I discovered yoga at sixteen. These last two new classes, near my forty-five, made me feel -as I've never felt before- the importance of letting my body free and trusting her/him (integrating all feminine and masculine qualities), as well as every movement chosen to express whatever my spirit needs to express. So deep the feeling was that at the end of Awaken The Muse I visualized a huge snake staring at me. Afterwards, I was amazed at discovering -just the Year of the Snake- that Kundalini is represented with this wild being. Thank you, Meghan, for guiding us into this magical pathway towards our wildest essence!! So much love to you and all this beautiful community 💜🪷🦋🌟

Hi, Meghan and Team! I was wondering if there's a way to dub the videos into Spanish. I'd love to share some of the meditations with my kids. Even though I'm able to transcript them and then record the content, if there's an easier way, please let me know 🙏💜

Dear Meghan, you've put into words what I'm feeling lately: "...there can be times of dormancy where it feels that nothing is going to happen or that nothing happens, but beneath the surface there's always something happening". The process of reconnection to my heart is taking time to evaluate carefully what I've done with my life so far, what I want to keep on doing and what I don't. I loved the idea of "a personal university designed exquisitely just for us". After years of academic and institutional life, I'm convinced that's respect for our individuality —in whatever way it needs to be expressed— is exactly what we need to preserve most in order to stay connected to our hearts and live in freedom. As always, thanks for guiding me to develop a better being. Lots of love! 🥰💜🪷🦋🌟

Thank you so much for your clear and complete explanation, Hermine! Your words reminded me of activating bandhas, something I've not been paying very much attention lately. I'm sure it will definitely help me to progress in my practice. Big hug! 💜
