Hi, Meghan and Community!! I hope you're all doing well!! It's been a while since I try to keep my core contracted while doing the different postures. Sometimes I remember it, sometimes I don't. Lately, I've decided to let it go, and be more connected with everything that arises from within. But I also know that core is a key for ourselves as our center, and that it also can keep lots of memories and emotions stuck. So I'd like to know if it should be contracted throughout the whole practice, and if you can suggest me some exercises that can help me with this issue.
