Hi lovelies! I started on this blooming journey in December to honor myself and nourish myself. I was pretty consistent for the first month and then this month not so much at all. I am 36 weeks pregnant so only gentle movement for me feels good. I also have an almost 2 year old at home. I am wondering if there are any other momma's out there that are willing to share their routine and what works for them. I'm trying to come up with a routine so I don't completely lose myself in the midst of newborn and toddler time- however, it is the most special and I am so grateful for it!! Sending you all my love!
