This class was full of surprises! Yay! The sequence beautifully corresponded with the theme of observing ourselves when confronted with hard things. I found myself slightly disoriented when surprised with the unexpected transition. It definitely gave the space for observation how I operate when challenged. I enjoyed it in many ways, thank you!

Dear Olga - this pose feels like such an inspiration and field for researching into working on particular elements in order to fly smoothly and gracefully. I am well streched, can do a split, but strength is what i am working on and mobility in order to do the split when my body is lifted and weight and gravity is not there to support, this a fun and experimentional and inspiring yourney. I would love to play more with arm balances and traditions between them / if Maghan is looking for ideas for the next classes. 🙏

I repeat after Gaia: synchronisation with heart was magic! I always look forward to new yin pratice as your take on those poses always opens me up to new dimensions of feeling into my body. Magic!

I love the metaphor of unpacking the suitcase - it does feel like this sometimes - like having so many thoughts running through our heads, as if we were collecting them for some time and to have a moment to observe them run until the mind is kinda unpacked feels so soothing. Thank you!

Dear Meghan, thank you for putting this meditation together 🙏 I love how you can always take a new angle to guide into relaxation/meditation. And I appreaciate the little stretching before sitting still!

Thank you for this practice🙏 It was a valuable que - twisting from the navel down in the opposite direction and from the navel up in the direction of the twist. It helped to stabilize the pelvis in place and twisting felt like spreading the trunk wide to the sides. I still work on grasping the work of the feet with spreading the toes to activate the legs.

It was interesting to observe how I got a bit frustrated and in a way disappointed in myself when I could not e.g. pull myself back to standing through the pistol.. I kept getting agitated and the part of the sequence that came afterwards felt imbalanced. It's very interesting to observe yourself in those moments! The inner narrative on one hand is somewhat judmental and at the same time speaks with care understanding that you put in an efford and keep going despite it not being perfect.
