I wanted to ask you tho if you've already tried our "Mettamorphosis Journey"? It;s a 6-stage program where each stage is dedicated to a specific theme such as breath, balance, strength etc, maybe this is something that could help you to develop skills you're looking for: https://studio.meghancurrieyoga.com/categories/metamorphosis

I also would recommend you to use the filter where you can choose the level and intensity;)) Also, we have special sections such as "Skills" and "Learning" where you can find lots of progressive classes towards a specific pose or skill and general tips to improve your practice;)

In general, repetition and consistency is a key;) I know lots of our studetns do some classes several time which helps them to develop strength for a specific pose and also uncover deepest layers of the inner journey;)
