Awe, dear Desiree I'm so happy to read all these, you're so right, so connected and tuned in with your body in such a sweet way!!!! We definitely should appreciate our body and every movement it does for us as it's working so hard 24/7 and I'm so glad to see that you don't judge and just accept and enjoy whatever your body provides you at the moment;)) I actually had nearly the same experience on Friday, was moving places, had a super long tiring journey, and could only do meditation and sweet breathwork. So we all do have ups and downs, the difference is how we welcome them) Keep going, I'm with you🥰🥰🥰
