Oh, I totally understand you here! I'm such a competitor, so sometimes if I'm crazy sick I'll do smth especially if it's a challenge or a competition, but I've learned my lessons and now trying to be very gentle to myself and really listen, though as you said it's crazy hard;) hahaha, and I'm with you about meditations, it's quite challenging to focus and let thoughts be, observe and let go, my mind is like a crazy bee buzzing around ahah Wish you all the best with your goal and hope you'll discover some powerful sweet insights during this challenge🧡
