Wow, dear Isabel, this is so profound, it brought both tears and a smile to my face! Thank you so much for sharing your deepest feelings. I'm so sorry about your family member, I'm glad you were able to be with him till the end!!! and you're so so right. I do this too actually, just shut down all the heart things and go full-on with my brain, which is so unnatural, and usually, it explodes in time gazillions times more. I'm so happy you found so many beautiful revelations during practicing and I hope you'll always remember to give your feelings space and allow them to be and so will I;))) Sending you lots of tropical hugs and kisses, I'm here for you!🧡
