Dear Alysia, glad you enjoyed this creative practices;) I totally understand. It's a bit challenging to recommend anything tbh, however, all Meghan's sequences are strongly connected to breath (riding breath) for deeper engagement and immersion. You could try use the filter to find strengthening classes, sometimes Meghan includes additional breathwork in the end for the complete expereince;)
