Dear Alana, it used to be a 6-month journey when it was live, now we call it a 6-stage journey which means you don't have to do one stage per month. Ideally, sprinkle long classes in a way so you have at least 1 per week and add tutorials and drills if your body and timing allow;)) It is only up to you how you structure the timeline (depending on your schedule and yoga level).

For example, when we did this program live, we did like this:

week 1 - intro to the Workbookweek 2 - Practice 1 and Tutorialweek 3 - 1-hr Practice, Q&A, and Drillweek 4 - Practice 2 and Foodgasm

Generally, I'd suggest starting with 1 long practice and 1 short Drill/Tutorial per week to fully integrate, especially if you feel the resistance, or can't finish the class. If you feel like it's not enough you can either add on other classes from the studio or keep adding classes from Metamorphosis Journey. Hope this helps🧡

Hello, beautiful Community!😍

I'm happy to welcome you to our Online Studio! We decided to create a safe space for our students to easily share the yoga journey, connect with others, request the most desired content, ask questions, and lots more;)

I'm Olga, your bridge to Meghan and the Team. I'm always here for you and will do my best to make your experience here smooth and pleasant😘

  • Daily Check-In -where you can share your goals for the day and how you're feeling, ask for recommendations or advice on classes, or just wish love to your fellow yogis ;)

  • Content Desires - where you can share all your ideas, suggestions, desires, and everything related to the content you wish to see in the Online Studio

  • Announcements - where I and the Team will keep you posted about new classes, events, Meghan's traveling plans, etc.

  • Questions - where you can ask any question to Meghan, whether it's about practice or her favorite foot, anything you'd like to know;) We'll do our best to answer them promptly, but still please allow us some time to get back to you with the answer;)
