Dear Alana, it used to be a 6-month journey when it was live, now we call it a 6-stage journey which means you don't have to do one stage per month. Ideally, sprinkle long classes in a way so you have at least 1 per week and add tutorials and drills if your body and timing allow;)) It is only up to you how you structure the timeline (depending on your schedule and yoga level).
For example, when we did this program live, we did like this:
week 1 - intro to the Workbookweek 2 - Practice 1 and Tutorialweek 3 - 1-hr Practice, Q&A, and Drillweek 4 - Practice 2 and Foodgasm

Generally, I'd suggest starting with 1 long practice and 1 short Drill/Tutorial per week to fully integrate, especially if you feel the resistance, or can't finish the class. If you feel like it's not enough you can either add on other classes from the studio or keep adding classes from Metamorphosis Journey. Hope this helps🧡
