Just favorite-d this one.

Deeply soothing.

It’s so wild, with all the yoga and meditation I do, I always leave solo breath work practices out to the side, forgetting how immensely helpful they are both physically  and mentally.

This is such an important go to after a day full of tattooing or holding my little one.

I would love to request something short like this for opening the neck after a day of potentially holding some tension there. 😬

I absolutely loved this Meghan!

I stopped doing arm balance awhile ago because my body wasn’t really enjoying them anymore, so Todays little surprises were really good for me- a hard thing for me is not knowing what’s coming next, so this entire practice was really empowering.
