Second try and finally managed to finish this practice in one go thanks to a sleeping baby. Not in my best condition still and I felt I couldn't go on anymore in those long pincha prep holds, but I summoned up all my will and did three rounds of wheels (the block was burning my inner thighs 🥴😅). Definitely not Meghan's usual style but a toasty one once in a while felt good!

Another morning to finish a practice in one go (the last time I tried the baby didn't cooperate 😅) and ooo la la my body has come back with all the twinkling lights like a Christmas tree! The messy crows are gone and the Koundinyasana was as strong as in my pre-pregnancy era (I did it in all three rounds and it flew off in the first go). And I only have Meghan's clear, vivid cues to thank for 😍
