Ohh just what I needed today after the more hardcore Free Your Spine class yesterdayΒ (which was also interrupted by a baby who woke up early and I couldn't really focus for the second half πŸ˜…). I loved the freedom to do weird things with the spine and just the right amount of core/leg exercises sneaked in here and there. I especially enjoyed the expansive wild thing variation and felt really open and strong today πŸ’š

Such a simple but profound class 🩡 I never thought of balance in so many different shapes and shades...I never noticed the subtle tiny imbalances physically like pushing my hands or feet down unevenly, or realized that balances in thoughts and breath are so important. I had so many feels coming up while doing this practice and the most amazing one is that once I put active thoughts into balance in every way, I'm so strong and steady 😊 definitely so much stronger than I dared to believe! Thank you so much Meghan!

Back home and as soon as the baby was asleep this morning, I jumped onto the mat! Really enjoyed this short little fiery practice (though I feel it should be three chilis πŸ˜…). Grateful for Meghan's guidance and allowance for space to feel each movement - I managed to feel the most open yet in bow (I didn't even know I could still do it!) and camel since I came back to yoga. Thank you!

Like the Sweet Gentle Flow, this class took me two tries to finish...due to entirely unpredictable baby nap times 😭 But I'm so happy that I found the time (and the energy) to do this beautiful class from the beginning to the end on an Airbnb exercise mat in Hokkaido looking over a peaceful lake. This is the slow burning class that I love love as I could feel more sensations and more openings with each repetition and I realize I'm already more gooey than when I restarted yoga some three weeks ago! 😍

Respect to you Zulfiya! What a strong Mama πŸ’š I also had a C-section, but 6 months ago...and I only restarted yoga in the past 2 weeks. Those first days of breastfeeding were so hard, and I was sitting on a rocking chair for some 10 hours a day holding my baby while she fed and slept. I wish I had been as strong as you to find time to do yoga that early...maybe when I have the next baby!

Thought today I'd finally try a class with two chili peppers! 🌢️🌢️ It was a little struggle as my core is still weak from the pregnancy and C-section, but I'm glad I gave it a go and am starting to build back up core strength. It is such a humble experience but I'm simply enjoying each pose as it is for me today and grateful for the time spent on the mat. Thank you Meghan πŸ’šΒ

Three days in a row! I can't get enough of these slow, juiiicy, yummy classes that is just a tiny bit spicy. My body aches all over but oh they ache so good. And I'm slowly (re)discovering the magic of exhales following Meghan's magical cues. I feel so much lighter and brighter now 🩡

My body is sore all over after the Hearts & Hips class yesterday but I pushed myself to do this class today. Some overlap with yesterday's class but a little milder and lots more space to simmer in my (sore) sensations πŸ˜… I will hopefully continue tomorrow and my body will get used to movements again!

Second class after giving birth done! And what a sweet little fiery flow. Only that my back complained a little πŸ˜… but I have still got the active pigeon 😁 And what I really appreciated was Meghan reminding us to breath into the sensations and the space (or rather contraction)...I really felt all the sensations and enjoyed the moments of holding. Thank you!

I'm so humbled by this class...it is my first class back after a difficult pregnancy and birth (already 5 months pp) and there are so many things that I could do before that I can no longer do now, but I'm just super happy to have managed to find the time to do a class at all! Little victories :)
