I stumbled upon this class with a little resistance not having a peak pose.. and found it so pleasure able to not know the destination. What a relief! I was able to flow effortlessly, peacefully with the breath. Found it so much more enjoyable than I would have anticipating what’s next.

Hi Meghan/Olga, is there another cue for my neck hurting in Downward dog? ‘Elongating the tips of my ears to my thumbs is a beautiful cue but hard for me to consciously activate? Thank you

Olga Pachina thank you Olga. I am using it, it's fabulous.  Curious whether Meghan has worked with the Sedona method, I see a lot of overlap in her meditations, could be a coincidence!

I used this the other day when I was expeericing an allergic reaction/panic attack and didn’t know whether to call 911 or not. It really diffused the physical, emotional and mental discomfort more than anything I tried. Thank you so much Meghan, you’re an angel.
