Hello Olga ! Hello Meghan and hallo community!

I might be the black sheep among us, but, for as much as I love Meghan's classes, active backbends and back squeezing and supposed lifting of the chest or legs from the ground I have to say.....I was almost on the verge of crying during Sensuos Elegance when my legs lifted for maybe 10cm. My back simply does not cooperate in active backbends, and I feel so stiff and blocked in this body I truly want to quit sometimes. I'm not going to,  but this class tested my patience a lot ;). I've been practicing for many years now, and I tend to avoid anything that doesn't seem possible for my body...with Meghan I started to explore more and even though my ego felt wounded, I've loved the class! <3. For this reason I'll be brave and say Kapotasana (focusing not only on the chest but also on the quads and psoas), trivikramasana and mayurasana !

Oh Wow wow wow !! This practise is my absolute favourite! Thank you Meghan, thank you Sushi for bringing up such a perfect flow of emotions, power, meditative moments. I can't express how precious this practice is for me! I actually found it slow, peaceful, maybe I was just in the right mental spot today but just wow! Thank you! Moreeeeeee like this one Sushi <3

Dear Meghan and Olga, you can't imagine how healing these practises are for me. I come from an Ashtanga background and. it's still hard for me to accept all that my body can't do. However, thanks to Meghan I've finally started noticing all that my body is able to experience, feel and express and it feels so empowering. Thank you deeply for this gift <3 Here's a picture from today's practise, a reminder to myself that Vismamitra himself had struggled and tumbled and fallen many times before realising his full potential. 

P.S. If I may, a little request for a practice dedicated to Kapotasana and possible easier variations to help shoulders mobility with bent elbows <3

And, I've made it through my first drop back without any pain and without lifting the heels. I've loved how this class so much. Thank you, my heart is pumping with energy, joy and gratefulness. Also this is the best lenght for my practice, even though I love longer lessons as well as short and spicy <3...I basically love everything Meghan creates!

I know :) ! I'm waiting for the news regarding the 300hr! Even if I have already planned a big trip for this year, I'll definitely try to do my best, whether this or next year (if available), to participate <3.

Hello and thank you for this fantastic practice. I often judge myself as stiff and avoid poses like eka pada sirsasana with the "excuse" that it might be harmful to my body, especially during my ashtanga practice. Here I could accept every place the practice brought me to. Thanks to Meghan's constant reminders and sweetness I came to understand that an Asana is not only a shape, it is a place we learn to inhabit, a sweet bedroom or livingroom to explore and snuggle in, and in order to do that we have to abandon all the limiting thoughts and judjment towards ourselves and others. Thank you deeply. <3 love from Italy

I've been practicing with you for over a week now and your classes, your words are able to guide to places, and sensations, and muscles that were dormient in my body despite many years of practice.
