Meghan, I am so very thrilled you asked me :) I'd love any side balancing postures or firefly. One hour and some core moves and it would be most magical. Thank you for putting out new videos every week. I look forward to them so much. I have you to thank for being so strong after having three boys (set of twins). And I adore the slinky moves you incorporate. Makes me feel like I still dance :)

Thank you again for the inspiration you bring.

Wishing for that perfect peak to peak class again. It was a perfect balance between hard and feel good.

Still one of my favs. The chickens in the background and the outdoor space is peaceful. And the class is hard but short so easy to fit in to a busy day. Meghan is such joy.

Olga, I love the spicy flows. Perfect length is an hour or so. Let's do hard things Meghan.

Hello Olga, 

I am always looking for hard core flows. This class was beautiful. The movement towards a pose is incredible. As a dancer, I am in awe of Meghan's ability to bend and flex as she does. She is a gift and a treasure (as a fellow Canadian and Vancouverite).
