Did it first thing in the morning, lovely slow stretchy class. Will complement with a bit more heat and forward folds to untangle travel and night stiffness.

Hi Meghan, same here, been a while since I did a practice here and I think I'd love more 30-40 min practices with each side flow being shorter. like shorter flows on each side so in case I need to pause I can finish the second side.

Ah so true, half moon feels so good and works my balance and full body awareness very uniquely. I feel like I’m doing a handstand but to the side somehow, and chapasana gets my hip flexors in angles I can’t get in any other move.

Would love a balancing, half moon chapasana and strong standing series. Wonder if there are classes already  with that focus.

Same for me too, and fell in love with all the classes, sweet and sour and there are many days when I really crave a faster moving flow, it helps me get out of my head and get warmed up to feel my body more.

Great class, one of the deepest hip opening and work I've felt in a while, and got to try the dragonflies a bit. Ahh the lizard variations too, would love a class dedicated to all the lizards. Thank you Meghan ❤️

Definitely agree, such a fun creative flow which was perfect as a slower practice but would be soooooo amazing as well with more rounds andbfaster firey flow.

Beautiful practice! Again the slinky flow and creative ways of getting to wild thing was magical for my mind and whole body, and ahh that freedom for neck and shoulders which are so tight hunchy all day.

Nourishing yummy quick practice, loved it. I love how you guide us through the whole practice and wild thing especially helps me breath more deeply.
