Great class, one of the deepest hip opening and work I've felt in a while, and got to try the dragonflies a bit. Ahh the lizard variations too, would love a class dedicated to all the lizards. Thank you Meghan ❤️

Definitely agree, such a fun creative flow which was perfect as a slower practice but would be soooooo amazing as well with more rounds andbfaster firey flow.

Beautiful practice! Again the slinky flow and creative ways of getting to wild thing was magical for my mind and whole body, and ahh that freedom for neck and shoulders which are so tight hunchy all day.

So so grateful and humbled Meghan for the sweet mention and offering us yet another beautiful practice! Loved every second of it, felt deep strength and yummy opening, what a super flow and how we added wild thing, and ended in quest for revolved skandasana. Amazing class, the Meghan Currie magic and love way. Thank you so much.

Sooooooo juicy and flowy and ahh got such heart opening and felt amazing detangling on my shoulders and chest area from the wild thing transitions and that low clamshell wild thing pose, and feeling such improvement on the pistols and wow this is a winner for hamstring opening it was fantastic. Definitely another one that can be done daily for feeling amazing. Thank you Meghan and Olga ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful magical flow. Perfect deep stretches with hearty strengthening which are all so so needed after long days of sitting and driving. The spine extensions so thankful.

Love th 20-45 min flows perfect for baby nap times and before they wake up for sure.

Olga Pachina I agree lots of leg work, high lunges, skandasana, and core plus back extensions, I love how Meghan classes are full of cobras and back extensions already.
