Sharon! Yes, absolutely! You can do the sculpt practices without weights. Your own body weight offers plenty of strength-building goodness.💪

Just to clarify when you say “pike jump,” do you mean more like a frog jump, or maybe a puppy press? Both need loads of core engagement, compression strength, and shoulder stability — so yes, a mix of both strength and skill work is super helpful.
