Dear Danger, so glad you’re loving the program! It was originally a 6-month live journey, and now it's designed as a 6-stage self-paced experience.
That means there's no pressure to do one stage per month—you get to move through it in a way that fits your body, your life, and your practice 💛
A general rhythm we suggest is:🔸 1 long class per week🔸 + 1 short tutorial or drill if time and energy allow.
When we ran it live, it looked something like this:
• Week 1 – Intro to the workbook
• Week 2 – Practice 1 + a tutorial
• Week 3 – 1hr practice + Q&A + drill
• Week 4 – Practice 2 + Foodgasm 😋
If you're feeling challenged by the Breath classes (which is totally normal!), trust your pace and adjust as needed.✨
