Dear Ania, thank you for your question, I forwarded it to Meghan too and will let you know when I get a reply;)) Please keep in mind that the shape of your hip bones and joints will have a big impact upon how easy or challenging it may feel to sink down into these poses, so listen to your body, take it slow and use modifications and props if needed. Also, our hips need a balance of both strength and flexibility, so remember to work on your hips strengthening;)
