Oooof, I know right, when shapes and postures don't feel the same as they used too, it can tots bring up some things, and especially (for me) show me how to get softer with myself, and love myself right where I'm at (which is also not easy all the time) Good job for keeping going, even when it felt sticky- that's the hugest success!!
