Milla!! I'm happy to hear you enjoyed this! And it's definitely good that you are cautious with the plough transition in regards to your neck. Take your time working up to this. And make sure that when you enter plough, hold it, and exit it, that you are gently pressing the back of your head into the mat with your gaze up. Practice moving in and out of plough as slowing as you can so you can feel fully, and respond to the feedback you are receiving from your body :) Love Meghan <3
