I always love reading your words! You write so beautifully and have such a unique way of describing your authentic experience:). It's not easy to accept our weaknesses, that's for sure! Oh Yay! I hope you enjoy this Mondays practice! It's a yin-inspired practice! No calf release, but I'll keep that in mind. Do you ever massage your own calves? That is the spot where I hide all my tension, and I find that self massage helps a lot! Love to you Alex!
