I am very familiar with these inner narratives, and how tricky they can be sometimes.  And I'm here to say, good job!  I see how committed you are to your practice, and it's inspiring. Missing some days is no biggie! What most important is your own self nourishment, and sometimes that looks like taking some days off of movement 💖
