Hi Ladonyi! Thank you for your question, and please accept my apologies in my delayed reply, I missed this one!! Expanding the chest while tucking the chin and holding the breath in, has an energizing effect and draws the energy of the breath upward in to the heart space and solar plexus. For me personally I find this practice grounding yet quite stimulating and uplifting:) How do you feel the effects of this technique in your body and mind? So much love Meghan

You are totally not alone, as Olga said! I remember when I first started trying to press, and it felt totally impossible. And then I decided to practice press drills just a little bit everyday, until one day, it happened!! Keep up the practice. Loving you!

Oh thank you! It took me a long time and a lot of practice to be able to do this pose. At first it felt totally impossible! Do a little puppy press every day, and you will one day be able to do it!
