hii Meghan πŸ₯° as usual the class was brilliant! sweaty, slinky and strong! I had one doubt -- when we're in knees bent cobra and we lift our knees up to activate the back body, our toes are touching... but should our knees be touching too? mine are usually apart but I can feel the pull of a nerve on my knees. nothing too bad but I just wanted to know what the right approach is? thank youuu!!

Yesssss!!!! Just the other day I finished a short practice and thought hmm, okay my breath has left the show, or she wasn't even here to begin with. Some days it's easier and more in sync but this practice really helped and so did the visualization and imagination cues πŸ’ thank you so so much Meghan Ji hehe ❣

My first practice after 6 weeks because of a heel injury! So many feels and insights πŸ₯° So grateful to be back on the mat and practicing with Meghan. Yayyy I'm so happy and this practice was so delicious, my body feels amazing. I almost cried!! Warm, buzzing and feeling so so good!

Loved this practice so so much! My first class in two months!! Woo! Just got done with my teacher training 😎 and I came back to try this muy caliente class and WOWWWW it was so so juicy. I have tried dropping back before and been able to do it but I too feel compression in my lower back when I do so! But this one felt spacious and strong. I will always remember the heart swooping motion, that was the key to my drop back feeling so so supported! I'm so happieee to be back hereeee :) Thank you for this wonderful practice!! And one day I will manifest Meghan's teacher training too 🀞🏼🀞🏼

Oh my gosh what an amazing practice!! I feel warm and loved β™₯️ also that puppy press!!!!! I was able to stay up for just a few seconds and that’s never happened before 😭 so incredible!
