Yesssss!!!! Just the other day I finished a short practice and thought hmm, okay my breath has left the show, or she wasn't even here to begin with. Some days it's easier and more in sync but this practice really helped and so did the visualization and imagination cues π thank you so so much Meghan Ji hehe β£

hii Meghan π₯° as usual the class was brilliant! sweaty, slinky and strong! I had one doubt -- when we're in knees bent cobra and we lift our knees up to activate the back body, our toes are touching... but should our knees be touching too? mine are usually apart but I can feel the pull of a nerve on my knees. nothing too bad but I just wanted to know what the right approach is? thank youuu!!
