Oh I loooved this program, not only was it such a beautiful insightful progression with so many elements that I felt that attention was brought into each and every part involved to reach the best individual expression of the pose from internal depth. I did the journalling and has gained insights and affirmations. Actually its the first time I did something like it. I will give it a few days and then repeat. (I got deeper internally, but still have areas physically I feel I need work with more.) Thank you from all of my heart Meghan and team for the depth of knowledge you give generously.
