The tapping is something I’ve been doing this last year as well and I love that you’re bringing it into classes.

These middle length stronger and still so slinky ooey gooey yum, are my favorites that you offer here.

I absolutely LOVED THIS so so much… this class is a perfect example of why I donot take classes at studios… it’s creative and creates creativity within me. It was a strong practice that showed me how to be gentle with myself. And it truly felt fulfilling to move throughout. I cherished every moment and even looked inside to see my 5 year old trying to copy my shapes…. So much love. I’d love more of these strong slow flows, and I know I don’t even have to say that, because that’s the magic of what you do… loving you always Meghan.

I’m having a day where my nervous system is so disregulated that I honestly didn’t want to show up to my mat, even for restorative.

However, the studio was open on my browser and seeing this class was 24 minutes long, my brain opened up a little bit and I practice.

I added a little press handstand at the end to remind myself of my inner and outer strength and I’m just so thankful for these classes.

I’d love some more bite size classes like this where I feel a sense of a strength and also opening…

Shoulder and neck strengthening / stretching would be amazingggggg ahhh.

A class with wrist strength and stretch too would be great as I’m a tattooist and always need that.

Anyways, this was perfect. I’m grounded again, and I’m thankful.

I loved this!!!

The tapping-

I’ve been playing around with it for my 5 and 11 year old in different ways the last few weeks to help with anxiety or big feelings, and I realized I wasn’t embodying it myself.

So, this was the perfect meditation to come to tonight. I actually really would love to do this with my kids so they can feel it in action!

When I asked myself, I actually paused and then a cascade of realizations that my thoughts were just observations or judgements at the moment started tumbling through- not necessarily in a distracting way…

And then it paused again as I kept asking. ♥️

I legitimately felt like I was getting a 90 minute massage and almost fell asleep a few times. This has to be one of my favorite yin classes from you Meghan love! Thank you so much….

Something about that simple twist with arm movement and the long hold was jsut so so effective at soothing my nervous system.

I need a medium length yin practice like this for every night of the week!

This was so soothing and although I practice more active movements every day with my yoga practice, these evening bed time openings that you lead are my favorite classes of all. ♥️
