This has to be my favorite yin practice by you, in both a physical and energetic sense. It slows me down, causes the sludgey ness in my brain to un-sludge, and brings my body into harmony/balance. I am so happy to see more yin practices by you on this platform and am just so grateful for your wisdom Megan. Thank you. <3

Loved this practice so so much Meghan!!! I wanted to request some more yin and restorative practices similar to the surrender package you’d had on alo moves. I need more restorative and yin for sure!

This was such a soothing practice that also released so much mental tensions that I was holding in my hips. I softened to whatever came up and allowed the thoughts to pass before creating story lines out of them. I cannot thank Meghan enough for her ever blossoming ways of brining self care into my life. xoxo.

I loved this so much. Meditations under 15 min or so soothe my nervous system In such a huge way when I have stuff spiraling. Thank you Meghan.

Ohhh so much yum. The integrative approach of the upper body opening through using the wall and hip opening poses felt like some sort of magic…

I forgot what a gift it was to have this middle ground feeling. When our bodies don’t necessarily have to be pushed so hard all the time. This was such a perfect reminder that there is a “between” from no activity and activity. Both in my mind and in my body… So lovely. Thank you as always Meghan.

I learned so much about my thresholds and how slowing down does not mean "easy" through this class. Intentional slow rooted action takes so much for mindful effort and really brings us into the present moment, many times at least. Doing less, staying longer, feeling into what is without attempting to interject my own intentions or urges into a guided class- this was all so important for my own mental health today. Thank you so much Meghan love... looking forward to talking soon. This flow was monumental for my head space today in particular. xoxo.

I am unsure how 50 minutes felt so short and so slow at the same time... So much efforts without as much fluid movement yet still SO much fluidity. I needed an extremely grounding practice that made me sweat and this absolutely gave. Thank you so much Meghan. Loving you always....
