Returned to this practice today because I was feeling very disconnected from my body. There are a lot of stressful things happening and unknowns to be discovered in my life at the moment, which has me caught up in my thoughts. This practice was such a relief, it felt like a created safe space to gently hold all my worries and allow the tension to disapate.

Such a yummy class. I love love love ending with breathwork. It is always hard for me to chill in savasana but breathwork immediately leads me into a place of quiet stillness. <3

This class is a favorite of mine! After a year of practicing with Meghan it’s crazy to see how much my core strength has evolved. I used to struggle half way through this and now I can at least make it through the whole thing without sacrificing form…too much (those rocking boats at the end always get me)

I was pleasantly surprised that this practice was more intense than I expected. It’s a nice quick flow that gently toasts each bit of the body. Also I love ending practice with breathwork!

I've been double-minded about re-taking this class for a while because I remembered how hard it was the first time. I finally got over my dread of putting myself into some discomfort and had the most amazing experience. After the first few minutes (this one really starts with a bang haha) I remembered I could do hard things--And that I often enjoy it.

There is a high-pitched feedback sound happening in a lot of the recent classes.
