Hello - as many of you said such lovely timing for this program. I am late to start but am in the midst of many time-consuming transitions (finishing up the last class / essay of my master's program and pregnancy!). But I absolutely love the Vow to Bloom through all of it, with the time and physical capacity I have available. Looking forward to practicing virtually with you all and reading about all your sweet revelations here.

I love this so much. I think I need a beginner class with all the modifications and ways to build up to shoe string and fire log...something is stuck in there

Mmm this comment was actually before I took this Day 3 class but after I had taken Day 2. I don't think I could ever eagle legs with the base leg not more central but for just lifting the leg I still wonder if it needs to be more central. Even doing figure four I think less central is a better balance of weight. ANYWAY technique aside, wheel's forever been a struggle for me and to see it explode in all these new ways in just three days is so crazy I think I've been struggling to lift up into the "basic" wheel for the last seven years lol <3

Hello I am working my way through this progression in all kind of shaky wonderful ways and have a bit of a technical question...why when move to lift one leg in wheel do we move the planted foot more toward the center. This seems obvious it's more stable but why is it exactly? It makes my hips feel narrow and also feels out of "alignment" in a way without the knee coming straight out the hip.
