Wow! What a practice! I haven’t been taking it since we practiced it the first time among the classes of the wonderful metamorphosis programme. Today, riding my breath meant to me RIDING MY IMPERFECTION ... both in my asanas and my feelings. Breath, though, helped me chew a bit of my imperfection and - even though for a short while - it made my guilt feeling more manageable. Thank you for bringing back this class ... it was amazing and powerful! β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»

Dear Meghan, thank you for taking your time and wisdom to share your thoughts with me. Indeed, I am through a very powerful time of my life and I thank you for supporting my soul with the practices you share! Your practices have the power to lead me to a different level of awareness. Dear Meghan and Olga, thank you for sharing this practice. Exactly what I needed tonight. I chose it as the second practice for my 15th day of the 21-day challenge and it was perfect. I felt hypnotized by the slow pace and it helped me reconnect to my body. I needed it after a day feeling scattered and falling apart. πŸ™πŸ»β€οΈ

Day 15 ... Digest & Detox ... one of my favorite practice. I took it first thing this morning and it was very challenging to me. I took it after a 16-hour fast as I have to digest a deep feeling of guilt. I feel I am taking the right decision about an important matter, but I also acknowledge my decision my hurt others. And this conflict is not easy to digest. I love this practice, even though this morning it was very tough for me both on a physical and mental level. I was left in a pool of sweat, for which I am grateful! πŸ™πŸ»β€οΈ

Dear Meghan and Olga, thank you for sharing this practice. I chose it for the 12th day of the challenge and I am so pleased I did. The perfect yummie practice I needed today, to step out of my comfort zone. My way to Vashistasana is still a long one, but - quoting Meghan - I am learning acknowledging the little increments my body is giving me ... genuinely appreciating them, no matter how small they are. β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»

Dear Meghan and Olga ... today I did practice day 5 as I am one day behind. I would like to thank you for the challenge, I am taking while enjoying a couple of days of holidays. Even in practices I do feel a bit out if my comfort zone, I feel so empowered after practicing. I do practice first thing in the morning, so that I can flow the rest of the day with my holiday mates and ... well I feel so balanced and centered afterwards. Thank you so much for allowing me to discipline myself to a daily practice! πŸ™πŸ»β€οΈ

This was the perfect practice for me to open the challenge today, one day behind. I took it after a 6-hour ride and it was perfect to reconnect to my body. My intention for the challenge being the discipline and commitment to take care of my self, after months prioritizing my beloved ones’ care before mine.
