DearMeghan and Olga, thank you for sharing this lovely practice. Every time I think I will never find a practice I live more than the ones already in my faves, a very lovely surprise pos up. I have never practiced this class till last Saturday and I fell in love with it. The right mix of grace and strength, as only Meghan has the power to concoct. My pigeon is still very earthy; it’s a long way for my pigeon to fly, though I feel so in peace and in power! The perfect blend of feelings! Thank you! β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»

Dear Meghan and Olga, this is among the most difficult classes for me. My back body has to improve in strength and openness ... I faced many challenges and though I feel so soft and empowered now. Still unsure whether this practice goes into my faves ... πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I know I will need to come back to it to train both body and discipline. β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»

Dear Meghan and Olga, thank you for sharing this practice. After practicing the Drop It Back class I thought there could never be another such amazing class ... and here the surprise comes: in such a small bite as Somatic Sparkle, so much juice! It was the perfect size to motivate me to unfold my mat tonight after work and before dinner and the perfect class to step out of my mind. Dear Meghan, thank you for sharing this practice. Drop backs are challenging to me and out of my comfort zone. As you stated at the beginning of the practice, they are intimidating to me. I still have to work on my wheel before getting into real drop backs. This practice is such a great work towards drop backs. It helps prepare both body and mind! I was completely immerse di in the ocean of awareness sand listening to my body. Little by little gaining more openness! I feel blessed and empowered even though my way to drop backs is still a long path! β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»

Dear Meghan and Olga, following up my yesterday’s comment I just feel the urge to share the deep effects the practice manifested today! I experienced a deep process of detox on my physical body and did feel the urge to declutter some of the papers that did overwhelm me at the office. OMG! Tonight I was so afraid of trying this’s class. After COVID Instill feel weak; I.e. on Monday evening I did take Fire Fiesta in the Sculpt section which I take regularly and U felt so weak ... like having jellies instead of muscles. Tonight, this class was amazing and it helped me reconnect to my strength and my power ... I managed holding the crows! The wheel is not back yet; I am confident it will if I apply disciplined work to it. And this the perfect class for my Wednesdays, supporting my fasting! β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»β€οΈπŸ™πŸ» Feel blessed!

Death Meghan and Olga, thank you for sharing this class! I could not take it β€œto its full power s my legs are sore and I did skip hops. It was the perfect practice for me to get back into practice after two weeks I could not practice. And it showed me I can enter the wheel pose in the morning, when my body is more stiff and stucked! β€οΈπŸ™πŸ» Take care!
