Day 13 of the 14-day challenge: ❤️✔️ (I am one day behind) … I took this practice mid-day, during my break for lunch. It was so powerful helping me release the tensions of the first half of the day and bring me back to a “neutral” balance. Ready to enjoy my smoothie and the afternoon work.
Being it the 13th day of the cahllenge, the benefits of a much constant practice are becoming tangible both on a physical and emotional body.
Yesterday I took a session of Stillness Touch and my healer was very surprised to witness the energetic balance I brought to our session. She did not know I had been diving into a more consistent yoga pracctice. I was very pleased I was sending out a more balanced energy and attitude ❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

Day 14of the 14-day challenge: ❤️✔️ Even though I completed the challenge with 2 days of delay, I am happy I kept my commitment to the end. And I am very grateful I did.
First of all, today,s flow was scaring me as the first time I took this flow I was feeling like a grasping cockroach smashed on the floor; today I was scared about having to take it again aaannnddd … It was less dramatic then the first time. I am so glad.
Furthermore, at the end of this 14-day challenge I can feel my back body is stronger while the tiracic became softer. I can feel my thoracic more alive, able to welcome more breath and expansion.
Thank you for teaching me the power of discipline and commitment. I will try to keep honoring them both on the mat and in my daily life.
