Dear Olga, ❤️ Hope you are enjoying your festive season too! To me it’amazing how these practices do take care of exactly what they need to take care of! I have just finished the “Just a bit beyond comfort”: itK s a bit I haven’t been working on wheels and I found it surprising the way it gets to the point of discomfort opening up to a unique adventure! Take care ❤️

Dear Meghan, thank you for sharing such a powerful class. As Sandra stated in the below comment, it simply was hypnotic! After a long working day I felt I wanted a practice being both engaging and sweet. And here it was! I felt very much in my body and less in my head! Yuppie! ❤️🙏🏻

Dear Olga and Meghan, this morning I felt I wanted to work on my hammies while my leg is recovering. Some transitions are - let’s say - away to be elegant, still I feel this practice is so yummie. My devotion is always to discipline and this practice was such a perfect tool to remind me of discipline this morning. Now the day may start! ❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

Dear Olga, hope you are doing fine now. Hope you leg did fully recover! You are right: whenever our legs get hurt we have to definitely slow down and have no chance to escape form our thought and feeling formation. And the universe is kindly inviting us to get along with them ❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 Take care!

Dear Meghan and Olga, it’s been such a long time I have not been posting a comment even though I have been following the new practices you posted. Today I feel the urge to do so! Let’ s say I do not indulge in yin practices because my yoga practice is so screwed up I do prefer flowing. Today I practiced linger longer as I have a bad infection @ my leg and did want a gentle practice. This practice was so PERFECT! 🌺🌸🌺🌸 not only the perfect relief to my body but also to my soul: I am always rushing in my life and now that my leg is not “following” I do understand the value of taking time and space ... as this practice is meant to show. Do not rush in any position: take your time to taste and enjoy any transition without any expectation or anticipation! Lots of love! ❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

Dear Meghan and Olga, thank you for sharing such a yummie practice. It was my first practice on the renewed platform and it simply was yummie. Yesterday evening, when I took the class, it was very late (9.30 pm) after a very long working day (finished @ 8.30 pm) and the flow was just the perfect tool to reconnect to my body with a bit of effort, though not too much. And it was perfect for my injured ankle too! Thank you for updating the on-line studio platform, which I easily did connect to. Thank you very much indeed for this journey together. Feel blessed!
