Such a rewarding practice! 💕

I’m always amazed of the weekly high quality creative content! I tend to go back to classes as I sometimes crave for something specific so I’m behind although I signed up a couple of years ago.

I must admit I’ve been pushing myself a bit much these days so some extra stretch-y classes would be extra appreciated ☺️ Yoga sculpt with the ankle weights were great, maybe a new/longer series of those plus for the core like Core Intelligence on Alo? Somatic sequences are becoming more popular it feels like so a series there would be interesting too. And please don’t stop with the book recommendations 🤓

Not sure if you would want to get into this but some sort of content or resources for yoga teachers on ways to get Meghan deliciousness out to the world may also be a good addition to everything that’s already offered here 💕

Of course we/I enjoyed it ☺️☺️ thank you Meghan

I’ve been going to inperson classes to move together with others but I never feel like this, it doesn’t even feel like yoga, especially when the instructor doesn’t cue breath 😏 I’m so so thankful for this platform!

Loved this flow! Felt so so good for my vagal tone. This winter’s favorite pose of mine is shoe lace so I’m a happy human being on stars right now hehe

Yay! Thanks for reminding me that spring is near (icy here in Southern Ontario still). The cayenne pepper sprinkled in different directions was just for the right amount of time for me 🙂

I completely overlooked this class- wow! It was deliciously amazing. Hearing my heart beat for almost an hour is a whole another experience 💯

This was beauuuutiful! (Note to self: come back to this one often) I strongly felt the power of exhales and of the breath-movement dance. Just when I was thinking some twists would be nice, wonderful twists were added 😇 thank you !

Just saw this message 💕💕 home sweet home feelings must be all there

I’ve gone through so many life changes and thanks to your yoga my perspective was the best it could be for me. This year I was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer while breastfeeding my daughter, and yoga continued helping me the best way possible while going through the worst chemotherapies that have also been my miracle/toxic drugs. I’m almost done now with surgeries and radiation to follow (lab 🐁). Though I love all the new and old content, since you asked ☺️- Some restorative practices with breath/meditation combined would be most appreciated. Thank you 🙏🏻♥️
