Wow wow wow, Im so grateful for this flow that I was smiling and breathing through those holds. Thought it would be a tough one for today after a long day at work AND missing a few days of practice, but it felt great and prepped me so well for tittibhasana!!! Thank you!

What a complete flow even with such a short time! Im always amazed at how different I feel doing the same class at different times. Today was a strong day for me and I could do the holds for the same amount of time as Meghan and it was such a surprise as I remembered me feeling tired and it was so tough the last time I did this short class! Love the lightheartedness that came with me today! Lots of love to Olga and Meghan <3

Been feeling like I have many things on my to do list and am procrastinating, and that spilled over to my practice. But managed to drag myself on the mat after a long day today and settled on this shorter but all round playful and slinky sequence! Was dreading it at the beginning but slowly it just sat and reminded me about what I enjoy about practice. Thank you for this short respite.

I was dreading this practice cause I know I dont do well with long holds, but this simplicity and the holds were just right for me and I enjoyed tuning in to my body!

it is truly humbling that such a class labelled as pre exercise or stretch feels harder than the usual 2 or three chilli peppers class. Perhaps it is how I am feeling a little light headed today, but it was SO tough and uncomfortable holding the stretches.Β

The body is amazing, and it is adjusting each and every day. So pleasantly surprised to find myself being able to do the holds this time round doing this class despite the fact that I am just recovering from the pulled shoulder about two weeks ago, and what more being able to breathe and sit in it more than the previous time when I did it WITHOUT the pulled muscle. More more of these lessons to ponder about and take away something from it. Thank you for this amazing class that was just the right intensity for me to push myself today!

Thankful for this flow!! My health anxiety is acting up a little again and I was feeling really terrible and almost wanting to bail out on practice today but decided to stick through it and get on my mat! Let's hope this shifts my mindset day by day, little by little!

This flow was indeed a feel good flow! Was very careful about the class due to my shoulder strain but this did not turn out so bad!!! It was wonderful just being able to accept that my body is at where it is now and I did not try to force it and kept checking in with what it wants to do or not. :) Hoping to be able to keep this mindset and not be frustrated when things get hard!

Thank you for this flow! haven't practiced for a week since I pulled a neck muscle on the left that extends to my shoulder blade. No idea how it happened but was really anxious about it. it has gotten better but theres still a pinch whenever I turn my head in certain angles :( managed to do this practice but felt like I couldnt hold as long on my left whenever the muscle needs to be engaged, and I feel weaker :( Any advice on how to rehab it and not lose progress on my practice?Β
