Thank you for this lovely slow class! Been dealing with left lower back pain for the past few days, probably cause of my lack of rib to hip connection on the left side, and must have loaded it in my si joint/lower back while doing bridge lifts, but im alot better now and this practice provided me with the space to slow down and be aware of my engagement!!!
