Thank you for this lovely slow class! Been dealing with left lower back pain for the past few days, probably cause of my lack of rib to hip connection on the left side, and must have loaded it in my si joint/lower back while doing bridge lifts, but im alot better now and this practice provided me with the space to slow down and be aware of my engagement!!!

Whew did this for the first time with dumbbells and boy was it humbling. didnt help that I only had 4kg ones, and needless to say i was burning! Wonderful quick workout before my flight tonight! Thank you Meghan!
