Thank you for this great stretch today! Today in savasana I found a thought coming in "I'm so thankful for all the great things in life, there were tough times but there is always something good I can get from it". Just felt like sharing this blessed feeling I have gotten after this practice!

Thank you for this beautiful slow and nourishing practice. Been struggling with health anxiety the past few weeks and today I just want to thank myself and my body for showing up for this practice.

Thank you Meghan for this lovely stretch class that created some heat for me being so out of practice! Having thoughts about aging and am dejected and feeling my body aging at the age of 30 and feeling how different I react/feel compared to when Im in my early 20s and am finding it a little overwhelming due to my tendency to be anxious. Hoping that I could age gracefully and strong and healthy and keep a steady practice

Revisiting this practice was a breath of fresh air. Have been out of practice due to work and also sciatica pain (or at least I think that was what causing the lower back pain). Feeling so out of shape and the fear and anxiety of coming back into practice was real! But this was slow grounding and had the right burn to welcome me back on the mat. Hopefully I can get stronger as I age!

Second time doing this flow and I enjoyed this so much more than the first time round! However came to a realisation that I really dislike how my body looks now... Did a timelapse and felt terrible seeing all the rolls in my middle section which spirals into is my body doing okay? Am I still able to bring health bak to it again?

Was short on time today but thankful for this class. Not one big on reps and "fitnesslike" but i guess this was needed to help me really focus on engaging the right muscles and hopefully strengthening of my core would also help me lessen the inflammation of muscles around my hip joint thats causing the lower back tightness and tension!

1This was indeed a practice where I had to constantly remind myself to be gentle to myself! This was tough, feeling stiff and the holds were not easy despite this being relatively simpler than alot of the other classes. Perhaps there is a mental block today but I thank my breath for regulating me and guiding me through!

This practice was what I needed today (then again which of Meghan's practice isn't?)! Starting to be aware that perhaps the tightness in my low back from the past few days is probably from the tightness in my left hip. Was quite tough as me being a hypochondriac made my mind spiral for a little bit but today I decided maybe I should move a little and settled on this simple sequence, which I thought would be more stretchy but to my surprise was what I needed too, some activation in the stretch! Heres to being kinder to my body and also learning to allow my mind to be gentle.

This stretchy practice was just right for me! Feeling some lower back ache (not sure if it is from my hips flexor) but I searched lower back and this gem came up! Returning to this practice each time with different sensations was a learning experience. Hoping this could relieve some of my ache, and that it isnt anything serious!
