This stretchy practice was just right for me! Feeling some lower back ache (not sure if it is from my hips flexor) but I searched lower back and this gem came up! Returning to this practice each time with different sensations was a learning experience. Hoping this could relieve some of my ache, and that it isnt anything serious!

Thank you for this quirky flow! Sweat buckets and I enjoyed it!! Was so flowy and building so much strength at the same time! Left side side plank bow was the struggle bus for me but this felt so good! Second time round and this still felt so good!

Thank you for this class! Finding myself tapping out in the holds in the beginning alot more than I liked and felt terrible, but reminded myself Im doing the work and it is part of the journey, regressions included! Coming back to this was humbling and a learning experience! Heres to a stronger body and even stronger mind!

Thank you for this beautiful stretchy yet strong class! Caught a flu and did not practice for two days and this was such a good welcome back! Feeling more receptive this time round to the stillness and long holds, and felt really grounded!

Today was a day when I found myself being really impatient during the practice, and couldnt seem to quieten my mind. Was kind of disappointed I did not enjoy this as much as I did the previous time, but yet again theres a lesson in itself that our bodies and minds may not be same all the time, and to be okay with that and try to observe oneself kindly. Thankful for these little signals.
