When I stretched into Savasana, had such a great wave of gratitude come over me. I thought I wouldn't be able to finish this class but I did and in all the good ways possible! See you at the next segment of Metamorphosis friends!

First day of intensive rehearsals and managed to drag myself on the mat for this practice as I seriously doubt whether I could keep this up for the following weeks! However, this practice sent me thru a journey of Nos and sometimes Yes and sometimes urghhh ooof, the amount of sighs and grunts that came out of me was interesting to hear at certain poses! However, overall a wonderful way to end my day and now Im ready for bed! Remembering Meghan's words of "taking baby steps" and as I apply it on the mat my mind shifted towards how I could remind myself when approaching challenges in my work/life. Thank you for that discovery of how one step at a time could help me find further depth in the asanas!

What a humbling and grounding practice, back to basics and detailed cues, hoping to be able to complete the whole metamorphosis series again!! Love you so much meghan and hoping for the day that I could attend your 300 hr and sit in your magic in person!

An oldie that is a toughie and a goodie! What a challenge on a super tiring day at work and I was really sleepy and lethargic, so the faster flow was actually torturous for me this time round! But felt great to work up a sweat and remind myself to breathe into it when it gets uncomfortable!

Oh Meghan, this class was everything! Got in the sweat and workout I felt like i needed since I havent been disciplined in practice. But I have an upcoming busy period to come and I hope I can keep up with my practice just to keep myself healthy both physically and mentally! Looking forward to more of your flowy classes with a good balance of heat and stretch!

This was so challenging for me too. Unfortunately I felt like I have a little pull in my butt, sacrum area and it was so frustrating! Thank goodness this class while challenging, also allowed some movement and stretch and it does feel slightly better now! hope it helped to release the tension whatever is causing it!

Wow wow wow, Im so grateful for this flow that I was smiling and breathing through those holds. Thought it would be a tough one for today after a long day at work AND missing a few days of practice, but it felt great and prepped me so well for tittibhasana!!! Thank you!

What a complete flow even with such a short time! Im always amazed at how different I feel doing the same class at different times. Today was a strong day for me and I could do the holds for the same amount of time as Meghan and it was such a surprise as I remembered me feeling tired and it was so tough the last time I did this short class! Love the lightheartedness that came with me today! Lots of love to Olga and Meghan <3

Been feeling like I have many things on my to do list and am procrastinating, and that spilled over to my practice. But managed to drag myself on the mat after a long day today and settled on this shorter but all round playful and slinky sequence! Was dreading it at the beginning but slowly it just sat and reminded me about what I enjoy about practice. Thank you for this short respite.
