The body is amazing, and it is adjusting each and every day. So pleasantly surprised to find myself being able to do the holds this time round doing this class despite the fact that I am just recovering from the pulled shoulder about two weeks ago, and what more being able to breathe and sit in it more than the previous time when I did it WITHOUT the pulled muscle. More more of these lessons to ponder about and take away something from it. Thank you for this amazing class that was just the right intensity for me to push myself today!

it is truly humbling that such a class labelled as pre exercise or stretch feels harder than the usual 2 or three chilli peppers class. Perhaps it is how I am feeling a little light headed today, but it was SO tough and uncomfortable holding the stretches.
