Thank you for this beautiful stretchy yet strong class! Caught a flu and did not practice for two days and this was such a good welcome back! Feeling more receptive this time round to the stillness and long holds, and felt really grounded!

Today was a day when I found myself being really impatient during the practice, and couldnt seem to quieten my mind. Was kind of disappointed I did not enjoy this as much as I did the previous time, but yet again theres a lesson in itself that our bodies and minds may not be same all the time, and to be okay with that and try to observe oneself kindly. Thankful for these little signals.

Wow what a sweaty sweaty practice! Missing practices like this during COVID when Meghan had the donation live classes and we'd all go on zoom for a looooong juicy practice like this one! Definitely have to build back my stamina for practices like this but gonna go ahead and give myself a pat on the back for completing it! Thank you Meghan for this juicy juicy practice!

Thank you for this quick practice! Feeling good and refreshed now! Prior to this I was dreading to drag myself on the mat but I was determined to keep my practice consistent again and so I dragged myself on the mat and absolutely no regrets! 

I remember not enjoying this class the previous time I did it, which was probably when it first came out a few years back. And I havent revisited this class till today and today it has brought me so much juiciness and inner grounding with the sequence! So so thankful as always and I cant wait for more transformative experiences!!!

I realised how important it is to ground yourself before practice.. I was short on time but was determined to get a flow in, andsettled on this quick flow. However, my mind was already rushing for what I have to rush to after the flow, and that led to a very hurried energy throughout class, and realizing that I was feeling more unsettled and rushed throughout the class. However, am thankful that my body was trying its best to keep up with the mind, and in savasana I could feel my heart pounding, and I want to thank my body for being so strong and heres to helping myself settle a little more in the mind.
