While it is called slow drip, my sweat drips were really fast and somehow this was way sweatier then some of the three peppers class! Loved it so much and can't wait for the next one !!

Wow didn't expect to sweat so much! been feeling a little funky here and there and not sure if it is cause im ovulating or not, but hoping that this helps me feel better!

Thank you for this straightforward class! While i love Meghan’s creative flows! This one still has that same Meghan magic and I’m reminded how I’m in awe with Meghan’s amazing classes whenever I revisit a class!

Thank you for this quick fiery practice! hadto cut savasana short but this was such a good squeeze in a short time! Although I love your long flows with more time to breathe but this was a sweet one for when I am short on time!

This immediately goes into my favourites! What a wonderful flow, was feeling a little sluggish a I am on the first day of my cycle, and this was the right amount to get me working but not to the point that I feel too challenged!!! Loved it!

Loved the flow! Felt like an awkward pretzel and didnt have strength to push my hips up a little more and was a little bummed cause I could access Shiva pose pretty easily few years back :( But glad to be back on track and determined to build back my strength and flexibility and even more
