Loved it πŸ₯° I'm in a phase of these gentle, juicy, sweet practices with lots of feels, and as soon as this is released I dived in! And it certainly didn't disappoint - and even though the "peak" pose was not difficult for me, there are so many details in its form that I'm still exploring with Meghan's guidance. Thank you so much and please keep these "feels" classes coming!

Wow what a freeing and nourishing flow! I started with a sore body and ended with an ocean of sensations of openness. The camel at the end was a pure delight 🩡 P.S.Β I don't know how Meghan managed not to sweat with this flow because I'm lying in my own puddle right now πŸ˜…

I'm loving these newest practices...gentle, slow, juicy, overflowing with yummy (and sometimes not so yummy πŸ˜…) sensations. Coming back to the mat after two weeks of traveling and moving houses (always a pain), and trying to be at peace with where I am at with my body now and enjoying simply the time on the mat. Gratitude for being able to spend this time immersed in Meghan's creativity ❀️

I sweated so much today doing this practice! Another night of 5 hours broken sleep and my body still chose to come to the mat rather than the bed πŸ˜… Had to push myself quite a bit to make it to the juicy shakes and peaceful ending but feeling more energetic now! Love to see more practices of this length (30 mins moving + 15 mins chilling/winding down) πŸ’š

Thank you Meghan for this beautiful visualization and meditation. This is really the first meditation I did in a VERY LONG time and I didn't know how much I needed it. There has been a particularly upsetting situation I'm going through that is not at all important in my life but has been sucking so much of my mental energy lately and disturbing my peace and rest. I was getting ready to get rid of it the hard but clean way and this has only reaffirmed my intention. I need to focus on the things that really matter and be the best version of myself for my family. Thank you again!

Olga PachinaΒ revisited this sweet little yummy practice again today...had a rough night and morning with the baby, and regaining my sanity on the mat when she finally went down for a nap. Again what a difference a few months makes! My back felt strong, my forearms were back on the mat in lizard and I felt the thoracic openings in active pigeon. Then I had a yummiest lie-down on a block at the end...feeling that I have the energy to continue the day now πŸ’š
